At the end of July 2015 it was a great experience to meet a fellow practitioner of Kepner-Tregoe's Problem Analysis in a large pharmaceutical client. When somebody has an innate passion for a key business tool, and can relate a myriad of anecdotes of solving key organisational problems over the past 20 years, the best of which was 'Ferrets have flu' (a problem around a vaccine development) then it resonates with ABConsulting's core values and beliefs of logical and rational thinking.
